He's getting married in December, so I helped them "a bit" to move and transport Sammie's stuffs to send over to Melbourne as she's going to move to Melbourne after their wedding.
They treated me to different places for dinner and lunch, but as usual, I didn't bring my camera =P

Sammie wanted a BBQ on Saturday with her close friends, which was heaps fun with the nice weather in the middst of "business".

Then, Sonia showed us how to catch crabs without using any net...

... until she was bitten by a much larger one than this ... but she still smiled... lol

Looking forward to seeing you guys on your wedding day =)

I had a very interesting experience today evening. In the middle of the church service when people were singing, I didn't know why but I had this burden to pray for a friend. So I started to "silently" pray for him. It was quite "strange" because I didn't know what should I pray for him.

But as I was praying for him "silently" and thinking of what should I pray for, he came to me and whispered to my ear: "can you please pray for me about this..... and that.....?".

Surprised!!! I was again reminded of how "spontaneous" God is, and that He can bring light to everything!!!

Thank you Lord for the freedom to pray to You in Jesus'name!

Amen!

Daniel returned the jeep cherokee and ...
because i've been busy lately writing a software,...
i didn't have to worry about "materialistic" people talking to me,
so i drove the BMW coz i didn't talk to anyone =P

I took the jeep to MIDAS for servicing and they replaced the engine oil and oil filter...but...
they also quoted me $2000 to replace the radiator saying it leaked.
So expensive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I told them not to replace it and i thought...as Cheryl would write: "@#$%^&*!@" (lol)

since i have the necessary tools...
i had to make my hands dirty and practice what i learnt from my dad's employees =P
i removed the radiator, cleaned and flushed it and checked but it did NOT leak.

then i checked the hoses and found out that...
the small hose's fitting was loose and leaked under elevated pressure!
that original yellow plastic joint was not good at all and it leaked.

so i replaced the fitting with a new connector and three hose clamps
i also emptied the transmission oil, flushed and rinsed the transmission
... and replaced the transmission oil...

i really like the power output of this big 4 litres, 6 cylinders' engine =)
overall, it took me about half a day to save $2000... Thank You God!

PS: guys, i am not a mechanic who can fix your cars ok? hahaha!

I must admit, when I say you are religious, I really am trying to say that you have a belief in christian values which I believe I also have.
The difference is that you display those values whereas I think I just talk about it. However, with some brain surgery, I may come good!!
Cheers.

Our Laboratory coordinaator often comes to the office, asks a lot of questions and talks to me about belief. He came today to talk about a TV program he watched on ABC2 channel, which showed how religions in Nigeria greatly dehumanized children. It was a very sad story and he always thought that i am religious. I only listened to him but as soon as he stepped out of the office, I sent him the email below with copies sent to the people who heard what he said. Hoping that they will understand what is written in that email.

*****************
Here is my email:
*****************

Kev,
I am very disheartened to hear that story although it is nothing new to me as I have seen plenty of such cases in poor countries like mine.

I agree with M0RRIS C0HEN when he once wrote that "cruel persecutions and in-tolerance are not accidents, but grow out of the very essence of religion, namely, its absolute claims".

FYI, I am not "religious" as you may think I am because I have no rituals to follow. I am FREE to do what I want. To me, everything is permissible but that does not mean everything is edifying. That's how I see my belief as christian, to me christianity is not a religion, it's a relationship (that's my point of view but anyone can disagree with me).

Thanks for sharing!
Regards,
Laza
